UPDATE at 10:14: Tiger Woods had a chip that rolled back and then missed a short putt to take a double on 15. He is now 2 over. Amateurs Ben Martin and Drew Weaver are 1-2 on the leaderboard. Twitters legendary golf writer Dan Jenkins: Tiger Woods just made his second double bogey of the first round. Golf is dead.
UPDATE at 8:31: Woods nearly holed his approach shot at 11, and then sank a short birdie putt to go 1-over. Only Jeff Brehaut, at 1-under, is beating par at the moment.
