Desmond on the show Lost, who is Henry Ian Cusick in real life, is being
sued by Chelsea Stone for sexual harassment. According to Stone, Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants in this case. Stone is seeking unspecified damages.Stone says that she reported the incident to her supervisor, but was told to just stay clear of the actor. An ABC employee since 1997, the lawsuit reveals that approximately twelve days after the alleged incident, Chelsea Stone Lost her job. Also named in the suit, as defendants, are ABC and Grass Skirt Productions.
