Over the weekend, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter 
Sarsgaard married in a small chapel in Brindisi, Italy, People.com reports.
"We are happy to confirm that Maggie and Peter were married on Saturday, May 2," her rep said in a statement. Among the guests were the actress' younger brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, and his girlfriend, Reese Witherspoon. The site reports that in March Maggie had a bridal shower, also attended by Witherspoon.
The couple announced their engagement and pregnancy in 2006 after dating for more than four years. They have a 2-year-old daughter, Ramona, and live in Brooklyn, New York. They co-starred in 2003's "In God's Hands,"
